This wonderful executive style home is a real beauty. A wonderfully renovated and updated Estate Home with mature landscaping. A great family home in one of Calgary's best Riverside Golfing communities. The house is just a ½ block from the entrance to Fish Creek Park and the River Pathways. With its extensive bike paths in a wilderness setting this park is a real treat. In the other direction, it is only 1/2 block to the Golf course.

If you don’t make wine this space, with its counters and sink would be a nice craft/hobby room.

When you enter the basement, the stairs open onto a small entrance  or conversation nook. You can go to the left, towards a TV/Media then a short hallway leading to and past the winemaking room and the full bath ending at the pool table room. or go to your right past the utility room, The large 5th bedroom and on into the pool table room. Every effort was made to make this space as comfortable as the living space upstairs. When you see it, please look up, even the ceiling has had that extra touch. 

It has air conditioning, the air conditioner was replaced the summer of 2009 so expect it to work well. And for those who like vacuFlo it is installed here.

What more can I tell you? The layout is very well done. You have to see this one to really appreciate its comfortable spaciousness.
