HISTORY
Accountable Management Ltd. was established in 2003 and has been built on a foundation of exceptional customer service, open lines of communication, and a staff with over 20 years experience in the Calgary rental market. Since then Accountable has grown to be one of Calgary's most trusted property managers priding ourselves in our long term relationships with our property owners, most of which have come from referrals.
We maintain a growing portfolio of Condos, Town-homes, Duplexes, Secondary Suites, and Single Family Homes.
SERVICES
The first step in a successful tenancy is to find a good match between a property and the people who will call it home. To find a suitable tenant for your property we show the home to prospective tenants, provide rental applications, verify employment and references, and complete a lease agreement with the ideal applicant.
For property protection a detailed condition report of the home is prepared with the tenant prior to move-in and then again at the end of every tenancy. We also complete preventative maintenance inspections twice a year, in the spring and fall.
As the liaison between property Owner and Tenant, it is our job at Accountable Management to collect rent, pay invoices, and arrange for and supervise all authorized or emergency repairs and maintenance. To ensure a job well done we use only licensed and reliable trades people for all maintenance and contracting work.
We provide services to both local and International property owners, and have numerous connections within Calgary's rental industry as well as corporate relocations from around the globe. We are able to administer and remit non-resident withholding tax when required and also provide end of year financial accounts to all our owners
