We screen the prospective tenant by conducting 3 types of checks - credit check; employment verification and tenancy verification. We also conduct the walk through inspection as well as signing of the tenancy agreement.
This service includes receiving monthly rent from tenant and remitting the balance less our fee to the landlord; handling tenant and landlord communication; filing evictions; collection and refund of security deposit to tenants; conducting Move-In and Move-Out inspections; vendor management; handling emergency maintenance issues.
