Main level suite in a seven unit apartment complex. The suite is a one bedroom, one bathroom, facing East and South with plenty of natural sunlight.

Shared washer and dryer and communal garden on the South side of the complex.

Comes with an outdoor, uncovered parking stall. The stall has an electrical plug-in for winter, that is metered to your suite. You are not permitted to lease/rent the stall out to the public.

The location is walking distance of downtown and Bridgeland. Plenty of restaurants, amenities and three grocery stores within 2kms. Crescent Heights has a beautiful view of downtown with lots of trails, parks, tennis courts and other sport areas. Transit is very accessible with options on Centre Street and Edmonton Trail.

The unit is single occupancy only. Non-smoking building with quiet, mature tenants. Not a party complex, with noise complaints taken very seriously. We do not permit smoking on the property, any complaints from tenants will be dealt with immediately.

A cat may be considered but, requires a pet damage deposit of $450, the damage will be assessed at the end of your lease.
