It's a south facing apartment that has a fantastic view of downtown from the massive balcony that overlooks the Olympic Plaza. Located within the Calgary Transit Free Fare Zone in downtown. The security deposit is one month's rent. Electronic Key Card operated laundry available on the same floor and is shared with about 8 other apartments on the floor (I never had to wait on someone else to do my laundry).
