Suites feature tile and vinyl flooring, freshly painted in neutral tones or tan or grey, large kitchen with ample cabinetry, dining area and large living room. All suites have dishwasher, stove and refrigerator, as well as, large in-suite storage. Heat, water and electricity are included in the monthly rate.

We cater to our clients’ needs during the day with on site Leasing Associates available at reception. After hours concerns are dealt with through our Concierge Department, as well as our Call Centre should Concierge be away from the reception.

Secured underground heated parking or upper secured covered parking (non heated) are both available for lease.
