Location is in Southview - close to everything - literally a 10 minute drive downtown, and very bicycle friendly! Eateries and conveniences minutes away, and public transit steps away if required.

All expenses such as heat, power, internet, cable, laundry are included (based on one person) - so that offers lots of value! We can also provide a LED TV at no additional charge if required.

NOTE: For single person occupancy, we can offer this suite at $1100. We can accept a couple, but the rental rate would be $1200 for the added expense which we cover. In either case, there is only one off-street parking spot, and the street has snow restrictions - so you are restricted to a single vehicle.

This is our upscale and very safe home, and we live upstairs, so we are fussy and looking for the right person for this great place. Last tenant stayed for 3 years! Non-smoker only.
