We are looking for a female student or professional to rent our basement suite. We are looking for someone quiet, responsible, and non-smoking.

Some amenities include: Bright and sunny suite with big windows on both north and south sides of the house, ample storage, in suite laundry.

Heat, Electricity, Water, and basic WiFi are included.

Parking is street parking in front of the house.

Bus stop is less than a 2 minute walk with quick access to both Crowfoot and Dalhousie train stations. Both the University of Calgary and SAIT are a very short train ride away. Downtown drive time is approximately 20 mins.

Close to parks, walking paths, grocery stores, YMCA/Anytime fitness, movie theatre, Lowes, and much more in the nearby Crowfoot Centre.
