If you are a C-19 cynic, a extroverted personality type that requires daily in suite host - socializing and / or weekend gatherings then this suite WILL NOT BE SUITABLE for both our situation.

The location convenience is not be abused with daily guests or weekend gatherings - looking for a quiet tenant that is dedicated on their studies or career as well values their health and personal time.

** zero tolerance with insuite cannabis use

** yes there is upstairs noise when home - its a basement suite ! (walking/ muffled voices). so headphones / ear plugs may sometimes be required on your behalf
