The unit lets in lots of daylight with all new, large windows (includes blinds). Your feet will love the heated tile throughout living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The 9 foot fireplace in the living room is perfect to curl up in front of after a long, cold day. Spray foam insulation was added within the walls of the unit, so you are sure to enjoy comfortable winter and summer nights, alike.

The first bedroom includes a queen size bed, the second bedroom includes a double size bed. Each bedroom comes with its own flat screen TV.

The living room includes a large flat screen smart TV with included cable.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee maker to start off your morning right, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils and cookware, etc. so you can just move right in and get cooking. The stove is a 2-element electric cooktop with an oversized toaster oven.

The unit has access to its own washer and dryer – no need to share or worry about leaving a load in the washer or dryer, it’s yours to use.

Cable TV in the living room and internet are included.

Proper COVID protocols in place. You are only sharing airspace with the landlord, above (1 person). There is keypad entry on the door which will be wiped down frequently. Your entrance to the suite is through your own locked door and your own laundry ensures minimizing contact. Landlord is super diligent about keeping up to date for health and safety purposes and will provide hand sanitizer in the main entrance for re-entry and leaving the unit to ensure touch point are always clean. The furnace has been recently cleaned and air filters will be changed every 3 months to ensure clean airflow. This is one of the best setups for shared living - have one less worry and breathe easy.
