The suite is modern, open, and cozy! There are 2 bedrooms with large windows letting in as much natural light as you would like. The bathroom has a stand up shower and nice shelving for storage. The living room is open with another nice large window. The kitchen is big and has a lot of counter top space, cupboard space as well as a very large corner pantry! There is also a counter top bar you can eat at, plus room for a kitchen table. It is a warm, clean, trendy basement suite.

Private entrance. Laundry is shared (laundry room is located in a shared space). Lots of street parking. Utilities are included! There is also a lovely backyard to enjoy those sunny days.

This basement suite is a close walk to the crowfoot LRT station (10 mins) and the crowfoot shopping area where you will find all the restaurants and shops you need.

Security deposit of $1025 is required.

Renters are responsible for shovelling the walk during the winter and mowing the lawn in the summer.
