Beautiful well treed neighborhood with pathways and ponds right outside the suite. Relax on the patio with a propane barbecue and a quiet, serene view through the aspen trees into the pond.
The suite is fully furnished (I will consider renting it unfurnished as well). Large bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in closet, a small dresser and some shelves, and a desk and office chair. Full size bathroom with tub/shower. Full size kitchen with modern, new appliances. Full size washer/dryer in-suite. There is a flat screen tv. The suite is fully furnished with living room and dining room furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, and a few small appliances. There is a full size propane BBQ on the patio. Everything you need without having to furnish and stock your new home. Add your own belongings over time as you see fit. One underground parking stall included. Outdoor visitor parking available.
This home is suitable for a single/couple (no children) just starting out or a professional single/couple new to the city. Also suitable if you are leaving your current situation and need short term accommodation while you figure out what you are going to do.
The only extras the tenant is responsible for is Enmax (for electricity usually less than $50/month) and cable/internet service.
There is an indoor secure bicycle room for locking and keeping your bicycles.
There is a small fitness room with a few weights, a vibration machine, two treadmills, two ellipticals and one recumbent exercise bike.
