Bright and beautiful! Big front windows, vaulted ceiling, 2-unit Airbnb high performing combo, full of extras: Apple TV, wifi, cable, microwave, etc. Free street parking is available directly in front of the house. Super cozy décor and the guest suite’s heated fireplace are real favorites.
I’m only putting the whole house on the market because I’m wanting to move back to BC. I’m looking for someone who will take really great care of the place. I haven’t been great with the lawn (starting to get pretty darn patchy), but I’ve taken great care of everything else. If I kept it on Airbnb I’d be making the big bucks, but I would rather not have the stress of remote management, so, am looking to rent the whole thing out long term. In fact, if you want to rent it for a 2-year lease, I’ll throw in an incentive or two. 😊
Renting the whole house could be a big money saver for you- you could even make a few bucks subletting the guest suite. By renting this furnished and set up home- you can save on a ton of start-up costs. I’ve probably spent a good 25k setting the house up. I’m not saying it’s perfect, but it’s been pretty popular.

Located in the SE Community of Copperfield (McKenzie Towne), Calgary. This area has many parks/playgrounds, biking/ walking paths, shops, and restaurants on 130th Avenue and in McKenzie Towne. Shoppers, Tower Cleaners, and Starbucks are at the corner down the street. South Health Hospital is about 5 kms away. Fish Creek Park is about 7-15 minutes away. Bragg Creek is about 35 minutes by car. Canmore is about 70 minutes away. Banff is about 90 minutes away. The park-and-ride is about 1 minute away and on 52nd. There is a bus stop about two blocks and on 52nd.
A Walk Through:
There’s a split entryway at the front of the house. Heading up the stairs will take you to the main floor. Heading down the stairs will take you to the laundry room and/or to the guest suite.
The main floor has a vaulted ceiling and bright white walls. The full kitchen has all the appliances, large and small needed to cook full meals, dining room table, living room area with flat-screen TV complete with high-speed Telus, Netflix, and a full cable package. From the living room area, you can walk into the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics. Fridge, stove, oven, lots of cupboard space, etc. The kitchen hosts a dining room table, chairs beside patio doors that open onto the covered deck, Adirondack chairs and magical lighting makes this cozy for a late summer night. The main floor can get toasty on days over 30 degrees, so there is an ac unit I picked up, that can be installed. Down the hall from the kitchen are the 2 bedrooms, (1 large and 1 small) that have a queen and a twin bed, dressers, and closets, and the full bathroom.
Going down the stairs from the entryway will take you to the laundry room or the guest suite. The laundry room is separate from the units and fully stocked- HE washer and dryer, shelving, laundry baskets, cleaning supplies. The guest suite is super cozy and you could use it for whatever would best suit your needs: sublet, in-law suite, a friend, etc.
