Beautiful 3 bedroom main floor home located on a quiet street in the coveted Glendale/Glenbrook neighbourhood.

Private laundry facilities are located in the downstairs area with additional space for indoor storage. The house is located on a corner corner lot with plenty of street parking and has a nice backyard and a separate fenced off garden area. The home also comes with an oversized insulated single car garage. We keep a motorcycle in the garage in the winter but there is still plenty of space for a car/SUV. In the past, it was rather used as workshop so it has built in benches and storage. There is lots of additional lot space behind the garage that was previously used to store a boat and an RV. There is a legal suite in the basement with one other quite but friendly renter who shares in cost of utilities. The overall utility budget is usually about $225/month. Separate entrance and laundry. We are seeking a one year lease with kind people. Dogs are negotiable for a monthly pet fee of $40 but unfortunately due to allergies, cats are not allowed.
