My house is a household of 3 people and we are looking for a roommate. I am renting my beautiful master bedroom for $675/month including utilities, 1 parking space in front driveway, storage space in garage and full access to all the common areas of the house (dining room, kitchen, laundry room, garage). Everything is included in monthly rent.

THE ROOM FEATURES: This beautiful master bedroom is the best and the largest room in my house and fully furnished. It has a queen size bed, two large dressers, a table and chair, 2 sinks, ensuite full bathroom with a large bath tub. It has 3 large windows facing a nice view of Canyon Meadows. It gets lots of sunlight.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $675 is required upfront.

HOUSE OWNER'S PRIORITY: The number one priority for renting the room from my house is to be diligent about keeping the room and the house very clean. We do not allow smoking, partying, noise in the house. No overnight visitors are allowed.

NEIGHBOURHOOD & ACCESS TO AMENITIES: My house is in a quite and safe neighbourhood of Canyon Meadows near Fish Creek Provincial Park, and close to South Center Mall, Fish Creek Library, and all other city amenities. Public transit bus stop (bus #37) is in 5-minutes walk from my house and c train is only 13-minutes walk and c train takes 22-minutes to downtown Calgary.
