Student friendly! Will respect quiet times for studying and sleeping as I am a student as well. I rarely have people over and if I do, we are quiet. I am looking for a roommate who is good with a shared kitchen and laundry.

Lightly furnished basement. If you would like to move in furniture, that can be arranged.
Located on a quiet and friendly block in West Citadel

Main floor has a shared living room and kitchen with lounge style coffee and tea bar
Basement has separate living room with pantry, bedroom, bathroom, and shared laundry

Entry is at the front of the house. It is shared accommodations with the kitchen and laundry so you'd have to be okay with living closely for those two things. Otherwise, bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house (upstairs and basement) and unless you want to hang out on the main floor, you will rarely see me. I am often either working quietly upstairs or studying.

Parking is available in front of the house. It's a five minute drive to several shopping areas including Crowfoot, Beacon Hill, and Royal Oak. Quick exit on to Stoney Trail.

Bus 138 picks up and drops off close to the house. Lots of beautiful places to walk around the neighbourhood
