All utilities are included (heat, electricity, water) Only extras are cable, internet and phone if you want a land line. There is a small exercise room in the building that you’re welcome to use. There is street parking available.

Building is a 7 minute walk to the Southland train station (or a 1 minute drive), and is steps away from restaurants and amenities. Superstore and Walmart are within easy walking distance as well.

No partiers, smokers (including vaping), or drugs of any kind.
