On our upper level of the house we have one bedroom available for rent to a clean, quiet and courteous individual.***

In our home we enjoy renting rooms to a wide range of students. We promote a positive, supportive atmosphere and an eco friendly, healthy, active, musical and artistic lifestyle.

Your bedroom is located on the main level. The kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room are all open shared spaces. The laundry room is located on the lower level. Our home has hardwood flooring throughout. Outdoors we have bountiful flower and vegetable gardens.

The centrally located community of Lakeview is one of Calgary's most sought after communities in which to live providing easy access to north, south, east and west parts of the city and in particular the beautiful Weasel Head Park.

The bus stop is at the end of the street and it takes you to a hub which has access to the whole city. Mount Royal University is a 15 - 20 minute walk from our house. The beautiful, multi-use, North Glenmore Park, (canoeing, rowing, BBQ & picnicking, sailing, kayaking, roller blading, biking, walking, x-country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing) and Golf Course are a 15 minute walk from our door. IGA, coffee shop, liquor store, Mac's, bakery, barbers, hair dressers, Bella Roma Restaurant and Bar, flower shop and bank are a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride away.
