Room for rent is the primary bedroom and includes a very large closet and half-bath ensuite. There's plenty of storage space in the basement as well. Parking is either on street or tandem in the driveway depending on schedule.

The townhouse is fully renovated with trendy updates (Fall 2021), new hot water tank and new windows (2022). Main bus lines are immediately adjacent to the complex, and stores are within a 5 min walk. The Glenmore Reservoir is approximately a 10 min walk. Easy access to the ring road.

Require: References from previous landlord, letter of employment, and background check.

• Very active and healthy individual. I do online weight training classes in the mornings from home and I am frequently hiking or climbing in the mountains.
• I don't smoke or have pets

• Very clean and tidy (We can split the cost of a house cleaner if interested, otherwise shared responsibility of common spaces for cleaning)

• 1 person only (no couples or children)
