Young Professional Shared Residence (UPDATED April Move-in)

Hi,

I'm a young professional working male looking for a clean, considerate college student/working professional roommate (male or female) preferably between 21-35. I am a quiet, respectful person, and I am also a Christian (no smoking, excessive drinking, drugs, etc.) I have a furnished detached home that I own and I am looking for someone who can help me fill up the extra bedroom. This house is just off the main road, with easy access to Crowfoot Station and Crowchild Trail. There is no noise pollution from any main roads. There is a driveway/street parking available for a car, should you have one, and very easy access to transit (3 minutes walk to the C-Train Station).

I have a basement suite style room newly available some time in late-April. This space will come with a private hang out area, mini bar with sink, walk in closet, and private bathroom (see pictures), but does not have a separate entrance to the house. There is a washer and dryer in the house (shared). In addition, there is an open concept living area and full kitchen with appliances free for you to use. Heat, electricity, water and internet (high-speed) are included in your monthly rent.

Right now, I'm (mid 30's male) living with one other male and female roommate (early-mid 20's students/working professionals). We're a friendly and relaxed group of people, and won't expect too much out of you. As long as you keep relatively clean and have a good personality, we'd be happy to have you! The room listed in this post is available as of the third week of April when my current 3rd roommate moves out. No smoking or weed preferred, as I teach piano students on three afternoons a week. One of the roommates has a friendly cat.

The house itself is a renovated property within 3 minutes walk of the Crowfoot Train station and Crowfoot plaza. Parking is available on the street for cars.

I would like to know more about you before I commit, as I need to find out if you will be a good fit. References and deposit required upon approval. Monthly rent is negotiable for the right person, but this room comes with a lot of extra space and privacy (hence the higher price).
