It also has a double-size bed and frame, and can be furnished with a dresser, bookshelf, and/or desk if needed.

There is a very sweet, medium-sized dog here, and an indoor cat. Unfortunately due to condo bylaws, no other pets are allowed.

Rent is $700 and it includes all essential utilities - gas, electricity, water, internet, condo fees. You will have to buy your own groceries, laundry detergent, things like that, but the rest of the house is furnished/stocked. Damage deposit of $700 required.

Hoping for longer term female roommates. You must be working or going to school full-time, or have a disability that provides you with sufficient income support to cover your needs.
