The 1250 square foot fully furnished and nicely renovated basement has 2 bedrooms and one den. The potential tenant will occupy a furnished bedroom plus a den. Please note that the other furnished bedroom is currently occupied by a responsible and quiet male college student. You will share the other furnished common area like kitchen, dining room, living room and full bathroom.

The monthly rent is only $490 plus $100 for all utilities (water, power, heat, and high speed internet included). Free roadside parking with residential permit is available in front of the house. Cookware and kitchen utensils will be provided for free.

The convenient location of the house is only 8 minute walk to Market Mall and 7 minute walk to the University of Calgary. It is very close to Brentwood C-train station, bus routes and all amenities.
