Seeking roommate in a 2 bed 2 bath condo

Looking for a roommate in my 2 bed, 2 bath condo.
I am a young professional who works from home and have a cat named Rue in the apartment with me. No additional pets are allowed, as per the building rules.

The apartment is bright with large eastern-facing windows and a large balcony. There is also room for additional furniture in the main living areas, so you can make yourself at home. All utilities are included in the price including wifi.

We are close to a number of grocery stores, department stores, parks and restaurants, as well as near major roads and bus routes.
