Looking for a potentially longer term roommate to fill in with one of my tenants. His previous roommate moved back to Vancouver because the University of Calgary cancelled all remaining classes indefinitely. I like my tenant so I wanted to keep him and help find someone new.

Current tenant is a PhD candidate who is working at UofC on a project involving exercise therapy in cancer populations. He is very outdoorsy and spends a lot of time climbing, hiking, skiing, running and biking.

He is very organized and clean, so any new tenant looking to fill this spot will have to fulfill that criteria, at minimum and get a chance to meet with him and myself (virtually of course).

The current lease runs out to the end of August 2020 and neither the Landlord or the Tenant want to change the current arrangement. Rent would be $600 per month plus 1/2 utilities which is roughly another $100 per month. You will have access to street parking and the larger of the 2 rooms. You will also need to provide $600 for a security deposit.

The Suite is fully furnished EXCEPT the bedroom, you will need to bring your own bed, mattress and bedroom furniture (if you want). Suite was recently renovated in summer 2019.
