I am looking for a clean and quiet roommate to share my three-bedroom town house in Queensland. The rent includes two rooms that have been recently updated and have new luxury vinyl plank flooring along with Telus high speed internet and Optik TV. We will split the gas and electric bills. Parking has never been an issue as there is ample street parking near by. The kitchen and laundry are shared. There is also storage in the partially finished basement. Dogs 20lbs (no cats) and under are negotiable and must get along with other animals as I have a 1-year old Golden Retriever, a cat and 12-year-old Dachshund that is here half the time. The town house is in a quiet complex with an off-leash park a 3 min walk away and Fish Creek park about a 10 min walk. It also has a small back yard with new vinyl fencing. Close to grocery stores and many other conveniences. Locate just off Bow Bottom Trail downtown is a 15-20 min drive. The airport is approx. 22 min drive.
