Besides the beautifully well treed and low maintenance yard, this home is very comfortable, spacious and safe; on the edge of Huntington Hills and Beddington. It has a security system, cable, internet, satellite, hardwood floors, and furnishings can be negotiated. This home is currently occupied by two male tenants who have been living there long term and are very responsible and quiet.

This house is an easy walk to the Huntington Hills Community Centre, Huntington Hills off-leash dog park, Nose Hill Park and Beddington Town Centre (Safeway, Co-op, Boston Pizza, Tim Hortons, Gas Stations, Banks, a Medical Clinic, a Dentist office, Alberta Health Services Labs, etc.). The main city transit hub is less than 1 block away.

Go a little further and within 5 minutes drive there is a Superstore and Deerfoot Mall. There is easy access in and out of this community. A quick hop onto Deerfoot Trail, Beddington Trail, Centre Street and wonderful transit service, to access the downtown and surrounding area.
