Sam is a 29 Year old gay self-driven male with social skills. He is a self-employed certified fitness instructor, with a practice in online marketing. And, a self published Author within the Hay House Publications division. He has a diploma with the fine Art Institute of Vancouver within the field of culinary arts. Sam is a focused and driven man.


The 20 year old straight male is a practical man.


Not furnished. There are two empty bedrooms to choose from.

The house is a duplex with 2 bedrooms upstairs, living space, and laundry. Newly painted, new light fixtures, 6 appliances, stainless steel fridge & dishwasher, microwave, stove, washer and dryer. Lots of street parking or a 10 minute walk to C-Train, Sunridge Mall & Peter Lougheed Hospital, and 5 minute drive to Real Canadian Superstore, and Goodlife Fitness.

Price is $1200/month. Includes utilities : Two bedrooms are open to pick from upstairs.
