Garrison Woods is 5 minutes from downtown Calgary. 2 min walk from the brownstone to Starbucks, Villiage Ice cream, groceries and other fine shops and cafes.

Parking:
This Townhouse provides a two car detached garage as well as on street parking while fronting on a neighbourhood park.


Rooms:
The main floor kitchen has a walk-in pantry and is fully equipped to meet any chefs' needs. The breakfast table will seat 2-4, while the dining table will seat 6 or more. There is also an island has 2 bar stools. The main level has an additional 2 piece bathroom and full size Laundry. The rear door opens onto a deck with propane BBQ.
The living room has a gas fireplace and seating for 5-7.


Upstairs features a lovely master bedroom with en suite bathroom and television. It has a full wall of custom closets. We have also added an A/C unit to this room that is powerful enough to cool down the whole upstairs for those hot summer nights. During the winter months the unit can be stored away. The second bedroom currently has a king bed (that can configured to a twin daybed). The third bedroom is set up as an executive’s office. (2nd and 3rd Bedrooms can reconfigured for a long term tenant to queen bed, twin bed)

The lower level features another bedroom, currently it has a queen bed.This room can be reconfigured as required for a long term tenant.

The lower bathroom is a 4 piece with shower.
Enjoy video and TV entertainment in the lower family room which has Blueray disk player (with netflix) while enjoying the second gas fireplace.

Children:
If you have small children or will have visitors with children: We have a Bjorn Travel crib, bed rails, high chair, booster seat. Please indicate if you wish to have any of these in the home for your use. There are 5 playgrounds within short walking distance. (And 2 ice cream shops!)


Note: Renters will enjoy a complementary 3rd night during their stay at our Big White Ski Chalet.
