It is a bungalow so it would be wheelchair-friendly as well. 3 bedrooms, plus master bedroom has a walk-out patio door to the backyard. There is a fire pit as well in the backyard for your enjoyment. Storage,shed too. The house has its own well and septic tank with field. You will pay gas and electricity on a monthly basis. But the septic only needs to be pumped out when you move ( or should the tank fill up, prior to your leaving. Based on your usage). utilities extra, close to lake, you may obtain boat launch/dock priviledges, children are bussed to cochrane for school, there is also a free 6 Hole Golf Course and Tennis Courts available for you along with access to the lake at no charge .
