We are a small family run Apartment building. We know our tenants names and in many cases have average tenancy duration of over 10 years. We have current tenants that have lived with us over 20 years. The building has been in the family for over 30 years!

Our building definitely has character and charm. All of our suites are fully renovated with laminate floors, and ceramic tiles. Many have completely new bathrooms. All the suites come with a feature wall and some have vaulted ceilings. All suites have in-suite storage. Modern features all wrapped up in a character shell.

We are looking for quiet, respectful tenants that keep their neighbours in mind. We strive to keep the building safe and secure for everybody and ensure that everybody is on the same page. A Tuesday night is the same as a Saturday night. We have a 25 years and older policy and require a reference of last address and a work reference.
