Ideal tenant/roommate will be none smoker, not into alcoholic drinks or late night parties, quiet, respectful, and with relatively high cleaning standards.

Our house offers a quiet, clean and respectful environment. We have get together parties backyard around the fire pit and the rare diner parities indoors to celebrate an important date or person when it is too cold outside. There is generally no loud music on these gatherings. We do not smoke, and we are not heavy drinkers.

The house is divided into two pars, two rooms upstairs and two rooms downstairs. The bathroom downstairs is shared by the tenants downstairs and the bathroom upstairs by the residents upstairs (owners of the property). Downstairs there is also a fridge, living room, and a small breakfast area to share by the two tenants. The breakfast area is lightly equipped with a microwave, and coffee machine. The full kitchen is found upstairs and is shared with all residents. In the kitchen there is an electric stove, a dishwasher, a sink, and cabinet space to store your spices. Laundry is also shared by all occupants and it is located the basement and access through the downstairs washroom.

Nait and McEwan campus are just a bus ride away, bus #9 direction downtown.
