The area is Pollard Meadows in Millwood’s. It’s a very quiet complex, with a tennis court right out your front door & mail boxes just right beside. This complex is ideal for working professional(s) or retired person(s). Sobeys is 15min walk, or a short drive. Shell Gas Station is a 2min drive, or 5-10min walk. It is located just off a few school zones. The Unit backs out onto a large green space, and field for your dog to enjoy. There is an off-leash park towards the Henday or the other close one would be Jackie Parker Park. Meadows Rec Centre is about a 10min drive; where there is a newer shopping area, or the Henday is minutes away to get to basically anywhere in the city, including South Edmonton Common; or the Airport (20-30min away). There is transit about 1-2 blocks away, and hopefully in the next year or two, the LRT will be running from Millwood’s Town Centre (20 min walk).
Partying, smoking, drugs NOT allowed in unit or on the patio. This is our beautiful home, we expect the future homemakers to respect our property and treat it the way we have.
1 Well-Behaved dog will be allowed with non-refundable pet deposit; will have to be met by Condo Board standards & granted permission; including being neutered/spayed, up to date on shots, and registered with the city; this is non-negotiable.
There are Condo Board rules that must be met, and we will expect you to adhere to them.
We will need references & proof of steady job; plus, the information for your dog (we use Naborly).
