The best thing about this home is it's location. Being 5 minutes away from shopping, dinning , multiple coffee shops it is sure to satisfy. Canadian Brew House is always a great place to go for drinks and food with it's outstanding service you will be sure to go back.

The room is cozy and has a 50" smart tv and dedicated account with amazon prime under Airbnb. There are free content channels as well.

Located in Deer Valley, the home was built in 2005 and has 2 levels and 1250sq ft. of space with an unfinished basement. It has everything you need to have a fantastic stay. Guests have full access to the house while I reside in the basement

Sleeping - Your room is on the top floor along with the main bathroom. In your room, there is a smart tv, a full-length mirror, and a comfortable bed from Hush

Main Bathroom - There is soap, shampoo & conditioner as well as a hairdryer.
Linens are in the closet across from the main bathroom

Parking - In located in front of the house. There is an outlet by the front door if you need to plug in your vehicle

Living Room - Is spacious and has comfortable leather recliners, a workstation, and a 60-inch smart tv. You might even find some jars of sweets. You to enjoy.

Kitchen - Has everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal. The table seats four. You will find a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots & pans, toaster, and rapid boil toaster. You will find all the spices above the stove and space for dry goods in the top corner cupboard. For any leftovers, there are storage containers in the cupboard to the left of the kitchen sink. Fresh products are not supplied.

Guest access - Is through the front door. There is a closet for jackets and an area for footwear. Keycodes will be provided prior to check-in.

Home Security - Aside from the keyless entry, there are cameras located on the outside of the home. There are two cameras on the front of the home and one on the garage.

Smart TV - When using the smart tv's. Each one is set up with a designated Airbnb account. If guest want to use their own account with Amazon Prime as an example please log out of said account prior to checking out so future guests are able to use the devices.

Are you traveling for work. ( Corporate Housing, Traveling Nurses ) or Leisure. A few days or over a month we are here for you. Reach out via messenger with any questions you might have.

The following are some house rules to keep in mind during your stay

- There is room to park one vehicle in front of the house which is free
- During your stay you will be provided a code for the front door
- Quiet Time is between 10pm and 7am
- There home and premises is non smoking
- I do live downstairs with my dog buy am not always on site so you can contact
me via Airbnb with any questions. She loves treats.
- Footwear is not to be worn in the house and can be placed in the front closet
- During the winter an extension cord will be provided to plug in your vehicle
- Dishwasher is not to be used by guests
