Beautiful Country Home - Available for 5.5 Month Lease from November 1st, 2023 through April 15th, 2024.

This beautiful country home welcomes you in through the large south facing covered entryway. Open the door to the front foyer that provides ample space to greet your guests, a large closet as well as convenient seating and storage. Turning right you pass the open stairway down, and the conveniently located powder room. From here you can make your way past the main floor office, to the large laundry room that carries on to the mudroom and exits into the triple attached garage. Or you can continue around the hall past the walk-in pantry where there will be plenty of room for you to store your dry goods. We also have a wide array of small appliances and cooking accessories.

Continue on to the main floor living space with 9’ ceilings accented with ornamental post and beam detailing, a full wall of windows, flooding the main floor with natural light and overlooking pastureland. The french doors off the dining room open onto a partially covered patio where you can utilize the under-cover Gas BBQ through the winter.

Back inside, the dining room is well appointed, with a butterfly table that seats 6 but can open up to 12 guests very comfortably (fine china and stemware are included with your rental). The top-of-the-line appliances include a large Sub-Zero fridge, 5 burner Dacor gas range, built-in oven, convection microwave, separate warming drawer, and Bosch dishwasher. The large island has all the room you need for prepping your culinary masterpiece with a double sink and garbage disposal. The island is outfitted to seat 3, with an alcove furnished with comfortable wingback chairs. Passing through the kitchen you enter the bright living room with vaulted ceiling. The stunning gas fireplace is flanked with built in cabinets, one of which houses a smart TV. This main floor is designed for entertaining and makes a wonderful place to host a family gathering.

Making your way from the living room, you are back in the main foyer and can head into the main floor master suite which includes a a large 5-piece ensuite including his and hers vanities, claw foot bathtub, large glass shower, and separate water closet. There is a spacious walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a south facing sliding glass door that opens onto a private deck with a sunken hot tub.

Hardwood flooring covers most of the main floor with tile in mud/laundry room and master bath.

The lower level is fully developed and is kept cozy with in floor radiant heating. The large rec-room has a gas fireplace, cable TV, leather sectional, as well as a piano, mini-bar (with sink and dishwasher), a 3 piece bath (tub/shower) with granite vanity, large office, 2 large bedrooms (each with queen size beds) and ample closet space.

Utilities included in this rental are water and sewer. Electrical, gas, cable/internet are in addition to the rent. Monthly bills will be provided to the tenant and are due upon receipt.
