We only have two 1-bedroom suites available and both have a very nice BREAKFAST BAR, where you can watch TV while you cook or entertain a friend. They each come with 2 bar stools so you do not need a kitchen table. Both suites have a LARGE WALK-IN BEDROOM CLOSET as well as a walk-in storage closet. We have modern appliances including a dishwasher, air conditioner, fridge, stove etc. Extra large windows with modern blinds. These suites are among the nicest in the apartment. These suites are both only 7 steps from the entrance so they are quite suitable for the elderly. You have two options with this suite: either pay only $663 per month for 12 months or $795 with 2 free months.
We also have second, almost identical suite but it comes with a balcony and is on an upper level. It is either only $746 per month for 12 months or $895 per month with 2 free months.
A 2 bedroom suite is also an option if it better suits your needs.
Other modern fixtures for all suites include all new patio doors, lighting, 6 litre toilets, single Moen taps, newer bathroom, carpets...the works.
The laundry room is on the lower level: 2 washers, 2 dryers, $2 per load and available almost anytime.
We have several security features which we disclose upon viewing.
The building itself has been upgraded to meet modern safety standards such as fire alarms, emergency lighting and carbon monoxide detectors. Please be aware not all older buildings are required to be upgraded.
The entire apartment is occupied by nice, clean, quiet, respectful adults-by-behaviour with very low turnover. We are centrally located in a good district with quick access to Red Deer’s amenities in any direction.
All suits are adult-occupied as our facilities are not suitable for children.
We pay heat and water. You only pay for electricity (about $65 / month).
