This 1-bedroom is on the 2nd FLOOR so there are only 7 steps up from the front and rear entrances.

This suite has extra large windows, has almost no street noise and faces north for consistent all-year temperature.

NEW PATIO DOORS, DECKS and RAILINGS.

Modern vertical blinds, plumbing, appliances, light fixtures…a total upgrade.

TWO, LARGE WALK-IN CLOSETS.

We have modern appliances including an AIR CONDITIONER, DISHWASHER, FRIDGE and STOVE.

Laundry on the lower level is $2 per load (our cost). Available almost anytime.

This suite is among the nicest in the apartment.

Other modern fixtures for all suites include newer 6 litre toilets, single Moen taps, etc.

We have several security features and upgraded safety features (equal to new buildings) which we disclose upon viewing.

The entire apartment is occupied by nice, clean, friendly, quiet, respectful adults-by-behaviour with very low turnover.

We are centrally located in a good district with quick access to Red Deer’s amenities in any direction.

All suits are adult-occupied as our facilities are not suitable for children.

We pay heat and water. You only pay for electricity (about $70 / month). Both Telus and Shaw are your best choices for TV and internet.

Security deposit is one month’s rent, or $960. We only rent to a maximum of two adults.

AND of course, NO SMOKERS, NO DRUGS, NO PARTIES, and PRO-VACCINATION.
