Brittany Lane is a 58-unit housing co-operative located in the Clover Bar Ranch neighbourhood of Sherwood Park, AB.
Established in 1991, our mission is to work together to provide well maintained affordable housing in a safe, close-knit, and diverse community. In a co-op, there is no landlord. When you move into a housing co-op you are not a tenant; but rather, you become a member. Together, with other members, you will help to make all of the important decisions about your home and the property. Having a say and a stake in how the co-op is governed translates into a strong sense pride that is evident in how well the property is cared for.
We offer 2, 3, and 4 bedroom townhouse units In a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood. Our community is just like the ones you remember when you were a kid; where everyone knows and looks out for each other; neighbourhood gatherings are commonplace and you know who to call on when you need a cup of sugar or a hand with a maintenance project. Co-op housing is not low income housing. Co-ops are self-governed, mixed-income communities. At Brittany Lane, the units feature modern finishing's throughout; laundry room conveniently located on the main floor and enclosed backyards.
