This is a small bedroom on the main floor of a 3-bedroom townhouse. Window opens to the street. Room comes with a twin bed, a fan, a desk and a chair. Next to the room is a closet, a private bathroom and a single garage. 2 single working professionals live upstairs on the 3rd floor. We are looking for a 3rd full-time working professional or a working student who is clean and respects the safety of other occupants. Proof of ability to pay the rent and references are required. Utilities, internet and cable are shared between the 3 occupants of the house and this costs about $80 per month per person. Middle floor presents the kitchen, dining space, the living room and the deck. These are common areas for all occupants. Washer and dryer are on the 3rd floor, to be shared with other occupants once per week. The complex also has a club house with gym, a guest room and a party room. Available February 15.
