Just minutes walking from the Foothills Hospital, Children's Hospital, and UofC. This large (1600sqft) modern (1994 built) furnished house is well kept. Looking for someone who is quiet, clean and mature and will not disrupt the household. This is not a party house, prefer mature students. most roommates are related to the medical industry, but this is not a must.

The house is close to 16th ave and Shagannapi Trail, you cannot get any closer to the Hospitals. Great River view and also a park next door to the house. Bike path is right in front of the house and leads to the hospitals.

All bedrooms include a twin size bed, desk+chair, shelving unit, closet with hangers and shelves. I cannot remove the furnishings from the room.

Furnished living room with fireplace and separate dining area. There are two covered patios, one in front and one in the back of the house. The rear one is enclosed and includes a locked bike rack.

Lots of free street parking in the cul-de-sac in front of the house.
