Renting the room as a furnished room is preferred. Preference will be given to those looking for a furnished room. However, the room can be made to be partially unfurnished if required.

The preferred term of the lease is six months minimum. Shorter and longer stays are negotiable.

Single occupancy is $850 per month and double occupancy is $950 per month.

The common areas are shared with one other quiet and retired female.

The room for rent has a large closet, and in its furnished state, has a double bed with a fully waterproof and bedbug-resistant mattress protector that encases the whole mattress, a night stand, a large dresser, a T.V. Stand, and includes a H.D. PVR box.

All utilities are included. The utilities include: Heat, central air conditioning, water, electricity, Shaw cable, and Shaw high speed Wi-Fi.

The common areas include: a furnished living room that seats 3, a fully equipped kitchen with an island that seats 3, a laundry room, and a full bathroom.

The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, including: a glass top stove, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a microwave.

The kitchen is fully equipped. You are welcome to use the pots, pans, and dishes in the kitchen.

Some room can be made in the kitchen for some of your own kitchen items if required. Adequate space in the fridge, and freezer is provided.

You are also welcome to use the living room at any time. The living room has a T.V., Shaw HD PVR-box, and an Apple TV.

There is shared access to a large backyard with a fire pit and chairs.
