Looking for a clean, responsible, professional female only roommate to share a gorgeous 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with a professional female in the Brava building located in the community of Spruce Cliff. Not looking for couples. Located next to Westbrook mall, the LRT station and across the street for groceries, restaurants, library, etc.The condo includes air conditioning, in-suite laundry, fireplace, storage unit and underground parking.

The condo comes fully furnished and you have your own room (which is not furnished) with floor to ceiling windows and own bathroom.

Amenities include games room (table tennis and billiard game), well-equipped fitness room (24 hours), party and conference rooms, indoor swimming pool and hot tub. 24 hr Security, underground parking, visitor parking, bike lockers/storage.

Heat and water is included in rent. Electricity, cable and internet are split each month. There are 2 heated underground parking stalls that come with the unit, so we each get one which is already included in the rent.
