Our History

Founded in Kingston in 2007, Kingston Property Rentals Inc. was established to provide residents with affordable, secure housing. With 25 rental units in our inventory we are able to offer a higher standard of care that is unmatched by other rental agencies or smaller property owners.

Who We Are

Kingston Property Rentals is a privately owned and operated, independent residential property development company located in Kingston, Ontario. We have a proven successful track record in the development and management of our own residential rental properties. We have successfully managed projects from new home construction to the interior upgrading and remodeling of century old properties.

What We Do

We own and manage all of our properties and are dedicated to the concept of pride of ownership. We always remain focused on upgrading and improving our buildings to ensure the satisfaction of our residents and building staff. We only use licensed and insured subcontractors and we take great care to ensure renovations are completed properly, with the required permits and fully inspected by City building inspectors. Our staff is friendly, professionally trained, and dedicated to creating a community that is clean, safe, and secure.

Student accommodation is our specialty! All of our properties are located in Student friendly neighborhoods and have been renovated or remodeled with quality materials for durability and longevity. Our properties are situated and priced for the serious graduate student who is looking for upscale accommodation in a quiet, safe and secure building.
