Shared Apartment for Rent - Horizon Residence (Lease takeover)

Hi all,

I initially resided at Horizon Residence while attending NAIT, but I recently moved back home due to personal reasons.

The apartment (shared with two other roommates) is available for rent, functioning as a lease takeover. The place is excellent for students, being just a commute away from institutions like NAIT and the UofA, while being at a walking distance from Grant MacEwan.

As a note, I forgot to take pictures after I removed all of my items and cleaned the room - but I have provided the pictures I took when I first set up my room, which should provide a good idea of what the room looks like (minus my items, including the bedcover and pillows).

The apartment is also being rented out by Horizon Residence, not me - I am the current tenant looking to transfer my lease. However, it is a simple process, seeing as the new tenant would sign the lease with Horizon Residence (and I would transfer the lease).

More Information:

- 1 Bedroom, 2 bathrooms (apartment is shared with 2 other male roommates, each having their own rooms, making the total rooms 3)
