About the Room:
The available bedroom is fully furnished with a cozy Queen-size bed, wardrobe with hangers, and a spacious desk for working or studying. Move-in date is flexible.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me (female professional) and my Cat boy — so being an animal lover is a must.

The home is quiet and respectful — no parties, and no smoking indoors (smoking/vaping allowed only on the balcony). I am looking for someone who’s clean, tidy, and lives a calm lifestyle.

All utilities are included in rent: water, heat, hydro, and high-speed internet — so no extra bills to worry about. A private Indoor parking stall (Extra 50 a month) and storage locker in the parkade are also included.

You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cookware, and small appliances, plus shared spaces including a bright living/dining area and Large Window looking outside towards balcony.

Commuting is a breeze with quick access to 14th St, Crowchild Trail, and Bow Trail — you can get anywhere in the city with ease.

One month’s rent required as a deposit. Will run credit check through Rentfaster.
