My partner (Joey - M28) and I (Shae - F29) recently purchased our first house last year and would love to share it with you!

THE ROOM:
The larger of the two bedrooms downstairs features new paint and a large closet with a perfect nook for a desk or gaming station. $800/month


ROOMMATE BATHROOM:
You'll have a completely remodeled, bathroom downstairs that's only shared between you and one other (M24). Ample storage + bonus linen closet for you to use.

MAIN FLOOR:
The main floor features a den with ample light, a big TV and a very comfy couch.
The kitchen has everything you'll need for cooking, plus a private closet storage just for you and a roommate-dedicated fridge.
We also will have a brand-new massive deck for relaxing in the sun :)

MORE ABOUT US:
I'm currently going to vet school and my partner works full-time. What do we love about our home? The renovations we did, how quiet it is, and how close we are to nature! Perfect place to relax after a long day of work.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Ideally, we'd prefer mature students or working professionals who want a quiet environment to come home to and relax in.

Rent does not include utilities

Est. Utilities: Utilities (wifi included) are estimated to be about $100/month depending on the season. (25% of total utilities per bedroom)

OUR ANIMALS:
We have two cats and one dog who love to cuddle. At this time, we'd consider a renter with a dog, that must get along with other dogs and be respectful of my cats. We are a 3-minute walk from Nose Hill and have a large fenced backyard!
