Rooms are very clean and spacious and there is extra bed linens and pillows in each bedroom closet. Extra towels can be found in the linen closet on the second floor. Professional grade shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are in the bathroom shower dispensers. All TVs are smart TVs and all streaming services are available for guests to log into their own accounts. Remotes for each TV can be found in that specific room. All roller blinds on the windows are controlled by remote control. There is also a safe provided in the Master Bedroom for safe keepings such as passports, jewelry, iPads, etc. The safe is a hotel style and the code to access the safe is set by the guest.
Guests will have access to the whole house, except for the locked closet opposite the back door. This is for the host / cleaner supplies. There is full access to the detached garage at the back of the house
The home is equipped with a keyless- entry system on the front door. There is also a security system on the outside of the house.
Quiet residential neighbourhood nestled only minutes away from Downtown Calgary. A great view of the downtown skyline can be seen from the upstairs balcony. The area is close to shops and restaurants, and there is a grocery store just 5 minutes walk away. Very close to 16th Avenue/ Trans-Canada Hwy 1, and other major road arteries.
