Condo in Mission - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with private ground level entry

The condo is available for full time rent starting September, however I am moving out in early August, so an early move in is also possible. If you are interested in having the condo furnished most of the furniture in the pictures can stay. Alternatively it can be left unfurnished if that works better. The condo is located at ground level, so you can access the unit by entering through the main building, or via a private entrance facing second street.The master bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closets and an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a brand new dishwasher and granite countertops; there is an-suite laundry and a natural gas fireplace. There is also a titled underground parking and visitor parking available. There is an alarm system in the unit (although it would need to be activated).

The building Maison Neuve is a low-rise condominium located at 19th Avenue, it was built in 2003 and has a wood frame and brick exterior with stucco cladding. It is located in the upbeat community of Mission Calgary, and is close to all the hotspots in the area. Within walking distance is a whole host of restaurants and shopping centers, as well as walking and biking paths. The building is also close to the Elbow River and Talisman Center. A short walk from Maison Neuve is 4th Street which is one of the best locations downtown.
