I am seeking one tenant or (two people for additional amount) to rent out a large, furnished basement room for both short-term (6month) long-term (1year) stays. The room is ideal for professionals, especially those working near this area or outside of Calgary, as this location is best suited to meet your needs. It is situated in the Wentworth area, just a 2-minute walk from grocery stores, banks, and other convenient stores, so you won't need to drive much for your daily needs. The bus stop, elementary school and junior high school is in front of the house. The area is known for being clean and safe. Additionally, Old Banff Coach Rd is less than 5 minutes away, making it convenient to access the Banff side.
The spacious room is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, and TV stand. Please note that there is no closet, but a clothes rack is provided. There is small storage under the stairs so you can keep your stuff there too. The room can be locked for privacy. The private washroom includes a shower and is kept very clean and cozy. You will have access to shared laundry facilities and the shared kitchen. I can give you some space to keep your cooking stuffs as your convenience. Street parking is available for your convenience. The bus stop is side of the house.
Please be aware that I have a small dog at home, so I would prefer someone who loves dogs. She is a very friendly.
Ideally, I am looking for a responsible, clean, and quiet tenant. If you are working near this area or outside of Calgary, this location is best suited to your needs.
