I am looking for responsible tenants. Basement tenants will be responsible of snow shoveling the alley and the back yard of the house. It has a separate entrance at the north (back) side of the house. The suite has its own laundry machine and drier (in the washroom). You will share the large storage room (the furnace room) in the basement with me. I only have a few stuffs there. Slippers are required to wear in the house all the time. The garage is not available, street parking is allowed. Your references as well as proof of most recent employment income (or family financial support if you are a student) would be required.
Important non-negotiable conditions: NO gathering or crazy parties, and NO smokers, drug users/dealers, marijuana (including products that contain marijuana) users/dealers, alcoholics, gun owners or pets, please. Oil-heavy cooking styles, including deep fries, are NOT allowed. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight (from 0:00 to 8:00) unless agreed by the Landlord (normal family visits are fine if informed in advance).
