Availability. Upstairs bedroom with shared bathroom. The bathroom is shared with only 1 female. Comfortable with another male or female roommate.

CURRENTLY:
2 mature males and 1 mature female, we range from 37-43 years of age. Looking for another well rounded individual to keep the energy neutral and balanced in this home.

ABOUT THE ROOMS:

-Available immediately
-$900 for the upstairs bedroom and $1400 for the basement bedroom (cost negotiable for work exchanges (organizing etc.)
-Utilities $100
-Pay for your own consumables or be courteous and conscious

***Bartering, exchanging favours, and PAYING IT FORWARD, are principles I live by and my goal is to keep the home organized and clean (even though it might not be in its current state). Ideally, we’d have a shared workspace in the dining room and we would all be welcome to hold meetings and gatherings in the home

LOOKING FOR:

- Responsible, mature roommate who can be Plant Based while in the home. You can bring meat in, just don't want it cooked in the house. You can use the firepit, BBQ and cook meat outside, just want to avoid smell in the house, as some of us are sensitive.

- Pet free (may accept a dog under 20lbs as I have a small chihuahua. Or convince me on why it would work with your pet)
- You must be mature, responsible and clean, preferably aged between 28-48 (exceptions can be made)

ABOUT THE HOME:
- Bedroom with large closet, partial view of downtown
- Small cozy attic space, used as a reading nook, meditation space, or storage - currently empty
- Basement has a projector and theatre setup, open for gatherings, movies, yoga, music, jamming, etc.
- Wet Bar in the basement, small fridge, sink, etc. No microwave or cooktop, can be discussed.
- Fenced backyard - can be used for fires and hanging out, projects, etc.
- Super friendly neighbourhood, great walkways, food, restaurants
- Great proximity to groceries, airport, highway, etc.
- Free street parking, garage access can be negotiated
