The main floor has a large open kitchen, as well as an expansive and bright living room, with a full washroom (shower and soaker bathtub). The property boasts a bright north facing backyard with an RV pad, gazebo and a firepit great for entertaining. The front yard has a large covered porch where you can enjoy the mature trees and local songbirds. Please note the home is on a small hill and there are more than 10 stairs from the street to the front door, the front door is not wheelchair accessible. The shared laundry area is in the basement and includes both a washer and dryer. The lower level is a separate unit that usually has tenants but is currently under construction - it has its own entrance and and recently upgraded soundproofing.
